“Western Asphalt Products was a concept in 2011 with the goal of building two emulsified asphalt terminals in western Canada within a two-year timeframe. Each project had over a mile of pipe, new office construction, various acids, emulsifiers, solvents and asphalt cement ranging in temperature up to 400°F. The attention to detail on this project was astonishing as all the piping had to be within millimetres for off site pre-fabrication.
